When you write to us
- Include your merchant email and (when relevant) the payment ID or transaction hash. Both appear in your dashboard and every webhook payload.
- For privacy requests, put "Privacy" in the subject line so we route it correctly.
- For security disclosures, include reproduction steps. We respond fastest to these and will not pursue good-faith research.
- We read every message but we don't run an SLA. Complex questions may take a few days. Outages are tracked on the status page in real time.
