Add line items, apply a tax rate, set a due date, and send by email. The customer gets a hosted view link that opens the full checkout. You track the lifecycle from draft to paid.

Line items with quantity and price
Add any number of line items. Each has a description, quantity, and unit price. Totals calculate automatically.
Tax rates (VAT, GST, sales tax)
Enter a percentage tax rate and the tax amount is shown separately on the invoice. Both included and exclusive tax are supported.
Due dates and overdue tracking
Set a due date and the invoice is automatically marked overdue if unpaid. Resend a reminder email at any time with one click.
Draft, send, view, paid lifecycle
Start as a draft while you prepare. Send when ready - an email goes out with a hosted view link. The status moves to Viewed the first time the customer opens it, then Paid on confirmation.
Bulk send
Select multiple invoices and send them in one action. Useful for monthly billing runs.
Overpayment and underpayment handling
If the customer pays too little, they see a refund request option directly on the checkout. If they overpay, the surplus is flagged for you to review and refund.
